What we collect and why
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, country of residence, what you are looking for and the message you write. We use this only to answer your enquiry and to discuss how we can help you. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Legal basis
We process your data because you ask us to get in touch with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, where relevant, to handle your enquiry in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Your message is handled by our website host (Nordic Way) and our email provider (Proton AG, Switzerland), who process data on our behalf. We share your data with others only if you become a client and it is necessary for the service, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it, and for 6 months if it does not lead to a client relationship. If you become a client, we keep the information for as long as required by law.
Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work. It does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format.
